"Tamra Dunlap deserves 6 stars!!! Over the past 8 or 9 months, Tamra worked hard to solve a problem related to our [newly constructed] rental property policy, which was errantly assigned the wrong address by the county. This error meant that our policy was on the wrong house! Tamra tried for months to get SF underwriting to correct the address but, apparently due to SF trying to get out of the market in the region, they would not adjust the address, forcing us to get a new policy from a different carrier (which was more expensive). This was extremely stressful and maddening. If this wasn't frustrating enough, we recently learned that corporate SF never actually canceled the policy and, because our payments were auto-pay via ACH and the billong continued from SF, we've been paying for a useless policy, since SF officially denied to provide one for our corrected address! I called Tamra, and she solved the problem with corporate SF, and a refund check has been processed!!! Apart from solving the problem, for the duration, Tamra has been empathetic, kind, professional, and extremely responsive. It is ONLY because of Tamra's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, that we've stayed with SF, where we have numerous policies, and I've been a customer for more than 46 years!!! We've been blessed to have Tamra's help, so please bless her with heaps of recognition, raises, and promotions!! :) Sincerely, RW"
